•Coordinate all recruitment and selection activities (Sourcing CV’s and identifying potential candidates) through internal database, Manpower agencies.
•Screen applications, conduct telephonic interviews to evaluate and summarize relevant skills and experience of the candidates to match the job description according to client requirements
•Scheduling interviews for local and overseas candidates with the support of third party agencies.
•Provide insights and discuss on market trends, salaries with the Manager, Human Resources.
•Continuous follow up with client on new project proposals and recruitment strategies.
HR Administration
•To coordinate joining formalities for all the employees and maintain personnel files to comply legal compliance.
•To ensure daily attendance and time keeper functions for the supplied personnel using PMMS (Project Manpower Management System) software.
•To process and follow-up discrepancies on leave applications for all supplied personnel.
•Coordinate with payroll department to ensure salaries are paid in time.
•To arrange and coordinate with client for personnel gate pass formalities.
•To continuously follow up and respond to employee related requests.
•Prepare and collate various reports on Manpower requisition, recruitment and mobilisation status as requested by the client.
initiate market research and actively identify business opportunities.
•To meet with our clients and understand their needs for business promotion.
•Plan, schedule and coordinate events including Conventions, Trade shows, Conferences and private parties for our clients.
•To communicate the ideas and coordinate with our technical department to design the promotional materials such as logos, leaflets, banners, brochures, flyers according to client requirements.
•Follow-up with the client with regards to their advertising requests, budgets, workflow and billing.
•Maintain good relationship with our clients through continuous follow-up throughout the workflow and engagement.
