• Installation and Configuration of SCCM 1610 server such as Primary, Secondary, Distribution Point, Site boundaries, software update points and Management points.
• Daily administration of a multi-level SCCM Sites in the hierarchy.
• Provide day to day SCCM 1610 administration for internal environment consisting of 1 Central Server, 3 Primary servers, 67 DPs, Servers and more 70k clients.
• Working on multiple features of SCCM Such as Software Distribution, Software Update Management and operating system deployment.
• Monitoring and troubleshooting SCCM Components such as MP, DP, Reporting Point and SUP.
• Creating customized collections based on the organizational requirements.
• Software distribution -Created, tested a customized applications/Packages and deployed to global environments for SCCM Client rollout.
• Developed/designed MSI, EXE and script based of applications & packages for various deployments and business needs.
• Troubleshooting failing package replication issues and package installation issues by analyzing corresponding logs.
• Patch management -Implemented WSUS/SCCM integration and creating the monthly patch deployments and testing the patches before the rollout. Also run Security and office patches management using SCCM.
• Generating Custom reports for Patch Compliance and Software Distribution to share with Management.
• Operating System Deployment - Managing Windows7, Windows 8.1 Operating System Deployment via SCCM 2012.
• Created a reference image and boot image using SCCM 2012 and MDT.
• Assist with network configurations to allow the broadcast of the SCCM PXE request.
• Applying Offline patching to windows images.
• Creating/Managing driver packages and OSD Task Sequences for new hardware required for the PC in SCCM 2012.
• Reporting - Responsible for creating customized SCCM reports by utilizing the SCCM DB using custom SQL queries.
• Responsible for creating customized SSRS Report in SCCM.
• Generating reports for Hardware Inventory and Software Inventory.
• Troubleshooted and corrected SCCM client related issues on desktop, laptops and servers.
• Troubleshooting L2, L3 trouble tickets on SCCM related issues.
• Working on automation using PowerShell scripting.
• Maintaining Windows Server 2008/2012 Environment.
• Configuring wed server roles (IIS, DHCP, WSUS and WDS).
• Knowledge and work experience in Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT).
• Basic Knowledge and work experience in managing AD infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge and work experience in Hyper-V.
• Monitoring the alerts related to the Application and Web servers.
• Event Viewer management. Analyzing and troubleshooting issues through Event viewer.
• Follow the Change Management Process for each rollout through SCCM record.
