❖ Two months Training at German steel in Supervisor work in Dubai (Ajman)
Responsibility:
• Responsible for Man Power Control.

• Preparation of Cutting Plan for Minimizing the wastage & Scraps.

• Ensuring the requisite tools, jigs and fixtures are made ready and available for production at required time

• Segregate parts and decide on suitable job allocation by optimizing machine utilization.
• Maintain Daily production Records & Workers Time Sheets.
• Motivating the team and ensuring the weekly and monthly production targets are met in strict adherence to quality plans
Nature of Work: • Checking daily Welding consumables, preheating, post heating as per WPS

• Raw material inspection with reference of Drawing


• Inspection of test piece of plate and to follow the mechanical test for welder Qualification

• Verification of cutting plan with the job


• Visual and template inspection on edge preparation of plate

• Fit-up inspections like position such as I-section, box section & plus section as per quality control procedures


• Non-Destructive Test (NDT) such as Magnetic particle Inspection (MPI) on Weld to avoid the presence of discontinuities

• During trial assembly of job, checking the gap between one part to another by using feeler gauge


• Surface preparation inspection such as Sand Blasting, Hand tool cleaning before painting to remove the scales

• Painting and Final inspection as per quality control procedures
