Driving key product enhancements for Bharat Bill Payment System. Played a key role in Bharat Bill Payments System(A Reserve Bank of India initiative) for inclusion of newer categories, payment modes and on-boarding of key digital players Google Pay, Amazon Pay and Samsung Pay under the National bill payments system
Project: Digital Payments:
• Built & integrated Prepaid Virtual Card, Debit Card Management Systems in the existing payment ecosystem of the organization
• Proposed & executed Business Case for Virtual Card, Green Pin and Prepaid Gift Card business
•Managing end to end product life cycle for prepaid and debit cards and was instrumental in implementation of prepaid & debit card management solution for leading Banks in the country
• Business modelling for Virtual Card, Green Pin and Loyalty solution businesses
• Functional & Product requirements to enhance security against frauds for Virtual Card for both contactless
and e-commerce transactions
• Managing life cycle of Digital Payments for Virtual Card, Green Pin and Gift Cards. Requirement gathering, infrastructure requirement, vendor and customer management for Green Pin and Prepaid & Debit Card
Management System solutions, Customer Loyalty programs
• Define and prioritize key product enhancement and prepare the go to market strategy for Virtual Cards,
Identification & Authentication Solutions.
• Conceptualizing product features & articulating the detailed requirements document for development
• Liaise with business development team for validating business objective, technology team for delivery of
the solution & the operations team for running and maintaining the product - pre and post roll out.
• Define key performance metrics for the product, and presenting the product performance.
• Preparing monthly business review presentations, Concept Papers, and marketing collaterals

• Market research leading to Conceptualizing the solution
• Concept development with cross functional team and Getting Buy In from COO.
