In my organization we are manufacturing silencer for reducing noise level in power plant, Refineries, Oil and Gas extraction industries.
Drafting of silencer in Auto Cad - 2009 for 2-D Drafting & 3-D models. We mainly used 3-D models for presentation purpose.
Preparation of GA Drawing for silencer as per customer specification and also their structural drawing (if required) submitting to customer for their approval.
Preparation of Estimation for the silencer using Auto Cad and Excel sheet, to be submitted at the time of quotation.
Attending customer comments and updating their comments in GA Drawing.
Release of correct revision drawing for production department.
Preparation of Design Calculation for lifting lug, Diffuser pipe, Pipe cap, Dish End and Outer shell.
Preparation of Internal Arrangement Drawing which will not give to customer for approval which is proprietary item of our organization.
Preparation of Progress Report and submitting to customer if they required.
Preparation of job card for each project.
Produce cutting plan for the size shown in the drawing using Auto Cad 2009.
Submission of Document in customer server and maintaining all design and Q.C related documents.
B.E. Mechanical Engineering completed in 2010 with 71% (First Class)
