Talent Acquisition Lead
Responsibilities-
•Played key role in hiring the best talent - Responsible for end to end recruitment for complete Middle East region. Lead in local, regional or global projects focused on recruiting process improvements/ best practices.
•Contribute to development of and implement agreed sourcing strategy to achieve significant reduction in sourcing cost which may include supporting both manufacturing and sales force.
•Reduce the lead time promoting on time on-boarding.
•Job Analysis - Work directly with strategic and operation leaders for reviewing and evaluating jobs with Mercer.
•Compliance issues - Executed and facilitated compliance related issues, setup inquiry committee.
•HR Operations - Hiring, On-boarding, Payroll, Performance Evaluation, Off-boarding, Exit Interviews, Medical and Life Insurances.

• Employee Engagement - Undergone 2 days certification by Gallup for - “Q12 Employee Engagement Champions”.
• Talent Acquisition - Collaborate with the pan India team to develop new strategies geared to attract new talent.
• Consult and build solid relationships with stakeholders in creating staffing plans/ manpower planning and budgeting.
