Being the first HR of the company, have successfully developed, implemented & incorporated timely changes in policies & procedures related to entire gamut of HR functions across HRD team in India, Africa & Middle Eastern market. Interact with key stakeholders throughout the business & take part in the strategic decision making for driving change & improving internal & external systems & processes. Supporting and overseeing cross departmental operations as and when required. Representing the group before government entities and external stake holders on behalf of the Board of directors.
Liaising with managers on various HR matters while supporting the operations by delivering high quality HRM services to enhance retention and facilitate employees to achieve consistently high levels of performance. Training & overseeing managers on team management. While actively participating in board meetings on various strategic decisions, representing the company at various forums and events. Planning & conducting CSR activities of the institute.
While reporting to the BODs, managing via leading a team of executives- recruitment, on-boarding, payroll, employee leaves, employee database, conducting organization wide performance management, employee exit, employment relation and CSR activities in addition to organizing/coordinating various academic & non-academic events. Imparting training to Deans/Faculty heads on- team/people management, grievance handling and dispute resolution. Representing the university in various public meets and social events.
Developing reports & documents for the VP along with full-time assistance in entire gamut of HR functions like- recruitment & talent acquisition, on-boarding & exit, performance management & rewards, payroll & compensation, training, grievance management, dispute resolution & negotiation, in addition to managing employee database & vendors. Propose ideas on employer branding, keep & share updates on compliance and regulations with the dept. heads and BODs.
Reporting to the HR/Admin Manager & responsible for - HR database management & reporting, recruitment & selection, payroll and leave management. Independently conducting induction & orientation for new employees and conducting & analyzing exit interviews to recommend changes; while developing & implementing in-house and third party training and team development sessions and measuring outcome. Planning & conducting various academic, non-academic & social events.
Hold an MBA degree with dual specialization in HR Management and Marketing Management.
