Environment: WebSphere Application Server, Apache & IHS Web Server, WebSphere MQ, andWebSphere Message Broker.
Responsibilities: Installation, Configuration, Deployment, and Administration.
Incident & Problem Management: Problem resolution within SLA, Provide quick workaround, Root Cause Analysis, Creating knowledge base article.
Change Management: Prepare implementation plan with other teams, Participating Pre-implementation calls, Part of change implementation team, Keep contingency plans in place.
Deployed hundreds of applications from Dev to production environment successfully, enable anddisable the maintenance page on the client website to avoid downtime.
Resolved hundreds of critical incidents having a huge business impact.
Maintain SSL certificates on web servers and application servers.
Worked on multiple new projects and make them stable to business-as-usual.
