HR Generalist, Administration & Recruitment.
RECRUITMENT
o Handling end to end recruitment for 5 business units of Al Fara'a (Electro-mechanical,
Aluminum & Glass, Steel Structure, Ready mix Concrete, Group Shared Services &
Hospitality Business.
o Focal Point for management of entire recruitment cycle - understanding the
requirements, creating job adverts, sourcing and validating resumes conduct
preliminary interviews, candidate assessments, salary negotiation, offer generation,
visa application & On-boarding.
o Writing content for vacancy advertisement, and handle entire job postings over
websites.
o Scheduling interviews and tests, checking references, preparing reports.
o Maintain and update successful database/pool of applicant for future reference.
o Prepares monthly recruitment reports for review.
o Make availability of required manpower from various countries on time via local and
foreign recruitment agencies.
o Ensures effective and on time hiring procedures to meet demands of different
departments.
COORDINATION
o Coordinating recruitment drives in multiple locations.
o Preparing recruitment drive schedules. Arranging logistics like ticket booking,
Business Centre and hotel booking, arranging system and software for the
interview process.
o Raising Purchase requests for the air tickets. Verifying and confirming
transaction details with purchase and audit department.
o Processing employment visas and work permits for the selected candidates.
Coordinating with PRO and keeping the management and candidate informed
on visa status.
o Sending visa copy and travel guidelines to the candidates and updating arrival
details to the deployment team.
o Intimating management on staff and labor joining.
o Arranging deliverables for the new joiners. Creating email, arranging business
card & allocating SIM cards to the new staffs.
o Compiling and verifying joining reports for the new employees.
o Ensuring the standard process is followed for each new hire and closing them
in ERP tool, Hirecraft.
o Coordinating with payroll team for the salary release and employee record
creation in SmartHR tool.
o Arranging management approval for labor hires. Coordinating labor arrivals
and deployment.
o Preparing various reports like visa status, Arrival summary, joining forecast
etc.

Transmission & Power)
Built a comprehensive employee recruiting strategy.
Audited workplace, employee and management policies and procedures.
Pre-screened all resumes prior to sending them to HODs for further evaluation and
interview.
Screened all applicants based on their qualifications and background.
Specifically assigned to the Railway department for the recruitment of up to 80 requisitions.
New hire joining & induction.
Handling mobilization & demobilization of employees.

Worked on niche requirements, which require specialized skills and technical understanding. Interacting and placing candidates across globe regions like DRC, Zambia, Johannesburg, East Africa (Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda), Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Iraq, UAE, Indonesia, Malaysia etc.
