Role: Projects Manager
Responsibilities: Managing multiple projects across different regions of Saudi Arabia. Responsible for Complete Administration of the contract, Liaison with client representatives, ensure the project respects the Health & Safety standards required by the Client and Company (SERIMAX/ Vallourec), Management coordination, P&L Accountability and reporting, support for Engineering and Personnel, Mobilisation of personnel and equipment and Safety of all personnel, Ensuring excellence in the Operations.

KEY SKILLS
• PROJECT MANAGEMENT:
o Managing all phases of Project lifecycle - from Inception to Completion and handover to Operational phase. Deliverables as per pre-defined KPIs.
o Create Project Charter/ work scope, define Objectives, Responsibility Matrix, complete Resource Planning and Resource Loading, Vendor selections, coordination between various departments/ teams, managing Design Consultants, Project Management Consultants, Fabricators and EPC Contractors.
o Performing Risk Analysis and creating Mitigation Plans, Budgets and Financial plans.
o Reporting of Financial Parameters (Revenue Recognition/ Realisable Sales Value based on both Cost-to-Cost method/ POC accounting) to CEO/ Project Directors..
• PROJECT EXECUTION:
o Procurement, Fabrication, Inspection and Installation of
Process Equipment,
Piping and pipelines,
Structural Steel works,
Storage Tanks (Floating and Fixed roof) & pressure vessels
o Preliminary review of designs, drawings and datasheets. Ability to review
Single line diagrams, plot plans, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), P&IDs, General Arrangement Drawings in line with Client/ project specifications.
o Participate in Safety Studies (HAZOP), Design review, 3D Model review, Constructability review etc.
o Coordinating with other disciplines, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers achieving all milestones & deadlines.
o Managing project quality assurance based on Quality Plans and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
o Conducting site surveys, field tests and commissioning of equipment.
• PROJECT PLANNING:
o Preparing Project Charters and defining project requirements, preparation of project execution plans (PEP) and reviewing project management plans (PMP).
o Project planning & scheduling using Primavera & MS Project,
o Preparation of work breakdown structure (WBS) & Gantt charts and resource planning.
o Resource Allocations - manpower, plant & machinery aligned to overall project schedules.
o Scope verification, scope control and change management.
o Preparing project progress reports, financial forecasts and look ahead schedules.
o Maintaining project documentation complying with ISO 9001 requirements, preparing final project documentation and coordinating project close-outs.
o
• TENDERING: Interpreting tender documents of large multidisciplinary projects and contribute to the development of bids & quotations.

COMPANY: JWAP (Jubail Water And Power Company, world’s largest Integrated Water and Power facility) (2019-2021), Project Details:
1. Project: Product Water Bypass header for SWCC and Marafiq line, Saudi Arabia (an ENGIE, ACWA POWER and MARAFIQ owned project)
Product Water bypass header design, procurement, fabrication, installation, hook-up, commissioning for World's largest Integrated Power and Water plant. For supply of 2744 MW Power and 800, 000 Cum/ day of desalinated water to Saudi Eastern Province. The project was a very high value, fast track project with high visibility from the Government side.
Role: Project Manager/ Project Consultant
Responsibilities: Responsible and Accountable for managing the complete project from Owner’s side, supervising the Project Management Consultant, Owner Engineers, Design Consultant and the EPC Company. Reporting of progress and financial parameters to CEO, CTO/ Senior Management and also regular reporting to shareholders of the company.
Achieved before-time, successful hook-up of new facilities during complete plant shutdown, thereby saving time and cost and received special appreciation from CEO of company. Maintained Company target of ZERO LTI.
