Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, budget and scope with zero or positive deviation.
- Understand the contract KPIs and influencing factors and determine most suitable project delivery approach to meet both the project requirements and the sites operational requirements.
-Deliver to the financial objectives for the project and control billing and costs for the project and also identify opportunities to improve the project financial results on the basis of project changes and events.
-Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolve customer issues.
- Define and implement the scope of the project (ELV SYSTEMS) along with the sales team
- Prepare schedules for project and strategically manage the progress of each project
- Design and prepare documents required at different stages from initiation of idea till final inspection and handover.
- Coordinate and communicate material planning, purchase and distribution with supply chain team
- Prepare the system, program and supervise the commissioning of the site and be an escalation point for my team.
- Manages a team of 8 members which includes 3 Engineers and 2 foremen in planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned projects.
- Prepare Engineering submittals and documents for pre-sales and post-sales project implementation.
- Manages the development of project plans in advance of project activity assuring effective execution by the Project Team. Monitors progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.
- Prepare presentations and visual graphical analysis of cost evaluations and post-implementation synopsis for project management and assist Manager in measuring key performance indicators like profitability ratios (Return on Sales) using pre and post implementation data.
- Embedded Application Programming and Graphics designing using Direct Digital Controller (DDC) development software kit and assisting the commissioning team.
- Prepare Engineering documents and submittals for pre-sales and post-sales project implementation.
- Prepare hardware designs of the control panel and other technical drawings to supplement the overview of the automation system and installation of modules
- Embedded Application Programming and Graphics designing using Direct Digital Controller (DDC) development software kit.
- Make sure panel is fabricated as per client approved drawings and is in compliance with quality standards
- Simulation and Commissioning using DDC tool kit
- Complete project handover to Client with end-user training and ensure project close out and invoicing is done.
• Consultant for SAP Project Implementation. Used Advanced Business Application Programming 4th generation with SAP ECC software.
MBA with grade A.
A bachelor's degree with lots of technical labs and a couple of major projects. The last main project was 'number plate recognition' which was based on digital signal processing
