* Responsible of SMS & OBD promotions for various products.
* Good knowledge on VAS products like DT, Voice Packs, SMS Packs etc.
* Hands on experience in Data Base (TOAD) management.
* Segmenting base for SMS campaign for VAS/GPRS/Voice products.
* Generating of daily / monthly reports based on different KPI.
* Identifying potential churn customers & promote segmented offers based on the Usage.
* Responsible for promotional plans in communication mediums like SMS & OBD.
* Daily SMS to retailers on FTT, ETT & Key STV products.
* Scheme related communications to retailers.
* Remainder SMS for STV validity expiry subs
• Customer Care Executive in SPANCO BPO SERVICE from Aug 2011 to April 2012.
• Part-time Sales Assistant in Bharat Electronics & Appliances from May 2008 to Aug 2011.
