• Structure the Energy and Lifecycle management service and operations
• Provide support to the operation department during mobilization.
• Set up and implement the project technical KPI and follow up the delivery of the same.
• Structure and deliver if required technical training to operating staff.
• Make audit reports on technical issues at projects and provide the best possible solutions.
• Structure and implement Standard operating procedures along with HSE manager.
• Participate in Project costing and estimation.
• Prepare cost and estimations for technical solutions provided to client.
• Evaluate the skills of technical staff.
• Interact with Operations, Business development and Finance team for resource management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Commissioning Plan.
• Preparation of Method Statements and Methodology
• Finalize the Contracts.
• Attend the meetings with Consultant, Main Contractor, MEP Contractor, and Client Representatives & Client.
• Involve in the field work in case any major problems, includes trouble shooting of both electrical and mechanical controlled by BMS systems.
• Attend the required site meetings.
• Ensure that the testing & commissioning is carried out as the consultant’s compliance.
• Preparation of the final inspection testing & commissioning reports.
• Any other co-ordination works involved in the projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all the Projects done by Alka contracting company llc.
• Responsible for coordination with DEWA, ADDC, Civil defence, Etisalat etc.
• Responsible for the Tab & Commissioning Projects done by Alka Electromechanical llc
• Lead daily maintenance activities of the company in the projects done by them w.r.t any expansion and modification of existing facilities.
• Up keeping and maintenance of leading show rooms of Landmark Group in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Inviting Tenders, Appointing contractors, procuring appropriate materials, planning and coordination with appointed contractors for the smooth and timely completion
• Coordination with the agencies and the contractors for periodical maintenance as agreed in the maintenance contract.
• Certifying payment as agreed in the agreement.
• Managing periodical maintenance for the showrooms.
• Handling day to day maintenance issues

Mechanical Engineering Ability :
• Good ability in Testing and Commissioning of HVAC systems.
• Good ability in the maintenance of the HVAC Systems.
• Having a good field experience and knowledge of Air and Water balancing of HVAC systems.
• Good skills in Troubleshooting of Pumps and Fans in HVAC & Industrial systems.
• Having good knowledge of the controls of A / C systems with BMS systems and its Electrical controls.
Electrical Engineering Ability :
• All types of electrical installation testing and commissioning such as Transformers; MDB; PCC; MCC; Thyristor Control panels; SMDB; DB; Power and control circuits; Lighting and Power Controls; D.G.SETS; Circuit Breakers such SF6 Breakers, Vacuum, Mocb, Ocb, & Air circuit breakers.
• Having knowledge of VFD & Thyristor control drives.
• Good knowledge of relay interfacing such as differential and overload relays with ct and pt controls and relay logic panels and its troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Good knowledge in DCS, PLC, & BMS systems such as HONEYWELL, ALSTOM, SIEMENS and UPS systems.
• Commissioning and Maintenance all type of AC motors such slip ring induction, squirrel cage, from fractional KW to 5000 KW & DC Motors from fractional to 225 KW with speed control.
• Commissioning and Maintenance Generators and Alternators from 10 KW to 18 MW
