decision making.
* Manage financial and operational planning/budgeting, preparation of rolling forecast each quarter including ad-hoc project
analysis processes for logistics division and support group finance in overall budget consolidation in order to deliver timely,
realistic and accurate plans and forecasts to drive business results.
* Participate in fundraising efforts from leading banks. Maintain relationship with Bankers/Funding agencies.
* Assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations including newly implemented
VAT requirements in the region.
* Managing and moulding accounting team to cop up with the tight reporting deadlines using SAP and through its reporting
modules including SAP Business Intelligence (BI).
* Impactful analysis of numbers to understand the key cost drivers and implementation of effective cost controls.
* Guide the company management and board to maintain company’s financial health and increase profitability in the long
run.
