Since April 2020, I have worked as creative lead, for Various organisation on new business pitches and current clients.
My clients are:
McCann Health Dubai, NFA Health Canada, CrowdPharm USA, Area of Expertise USA, Fearless USA.
Reporting to the President, as the Creative Director I presented the adpharm creative capabilities at a senior level to existing and potential clients, while actively listening to their business and creative needs in keeping with the agency’s standards of excellence.
As the Creative Director I provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams setting and upholding the creative direction and vision for the adpharm team. I'm responsible for ensuring that world-class levels of creative excellence are upheld in the marketplace. As the Creative Director I also provide strategic and tactical thinking as well as broad business insight, andl take a leadership role in developing the creative strategies to support the long-term growth of the business, both our clients and ours.

• Manage staffing of creative department, ensuring that skill sets meet client’s needs while demonstrating fiscal responsibility toward profitability
