Responsibilities:
Marketing- conceptualising of themes for trade fairs depending on the industry, formulation and Implementation of strategies, Planning & Execution of Exhibitions/Events. Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and devising effective counter measures. Created Unique Selling Points for the Projects. Launching / introducing new Brands as a part of marketing development effort.

Branding- Promoting the Trade fair/ project by various marketing channels. Conceptualizing and implementing Marketing and Promotional campaigns. Ensuring branding, publicity and display in enhancing product visibility and driving volumes in generating business.Enlisting the support of the print media and advertising the brand with the help of Trade magazines, Trade portals, journals, hoardings and other relevant media.

Vendor management: To Maintain good relation with the vendors to get the best possible and timely services. Good negotiations with the vendors thereby saving costs for the company.

Leadership: Managed the team of sales team & telecallers, service providers, vendors to ensure productivity of the team by constant monitoring and motivation and good relations.

Client Servicing: Handling Exhibitors & Visitors, their queries and data. Servicing existing client base to ensure client retention by offering prompt service. Ensuring to provide the client max. Importance by providing maximum benefits. Analysing client profile and expected returns.

Cost Saving: Implemented various cost saving techniques thereby increasing the bottom line of the company.

Revenue Generation: Business generation for the company by conducting road shows, attending similar events, talking to various organisers, clients, associations, corporates and telemarketing.
