Project Abstract: The main objective of this project is to provide maintenance and enhancement support for the applications and reports which will provide complete insights on their performance and risks Responsibilities:
• Created Qlikview dashboards for incident management which will provide insights on the active incidents, SLA metrics, Change Request and their trends
• Created Qlikview dashboards to show insights on the top 10 groups handling the incidents and their resolution capacity
• Created Qlikview dashboard to show the incidents within SLA, missed SLA, will be missed within a week which helped the Incident management group to make their decision
• Created User profile (user specific) dashboard which provides details about their unit, role, designation, desk number, vip status, city, country along with their mobile, tokens and hardware details
• Designed customized and interactive reports, dashboards to view weekly, monthly, daily reports using Tableau desktop and publish to server
