design roadmap on UI & UX for flagship product concept - PromosTree, working with design team.

application and rolling-out “health-check” plans on big data consulting services.
➢ Key targets achieved: Increased brand reach and product awareness in Hyderabad, Delhi-NCR,
Mumbai markets for mobile app and Big-data service portfolio. Onboarded 150+ mobile app user-
signups

➢ Responsible for managing a team of 6 sales consultants on the US State & Local government and
enterprise sector practices collectively marketing SAP /Oracle ERP, IT Infrastructure and
Healthcare IT services.
➢ Played a pivotal role in breaking into enterprise sector and winning first client and business on
SAP solutions as well as contributed to securing two accounts on State government practice on
Healthcare IT services; in the capacity of team lead. Closed USD 150 K worth staff augmentation
deals.
➢ Succeeded in securing key teaming on two large state government projects with major prime
contractors and generating revenue out of one on SAP services and positioning CompQsoft for a
good revenue outlook on IT infrastructure services with the other.
➢ Extensive utilization of Government dealboards and RFP related data portals (GovWin, Deltek,
etc.) and industry networking in forging teaming agreements and proposal creation and
submissions

Digital Interactive Whiteboards, Digital Library, School Management System, College Information
Management System applications and e-learning content development services
➢ Successfully closed and signed agreements with ACE, Dr. KVRS Society, Indus School and
MedRC Ltd. for Digital Interactive Whiteboards, e-Learning services and Business Consulting
services valued at INR 32 Lakh.
➢ Instrumental in forming partnerships with local companies for IT Solutions (ERP and Intelligence
Reporting solution)

➢ Involved in entire Sales Cycle from client research and lead generation to account mapping and
pre-sales management and reporting based on stringent ISO and CMM standard methodologies.

➢ Responsible for calling Indian companies for providing various, Software products and services
and Sugar CRM Solutions.

RFQ, etc. and Market Research and Analysis for identifying various Competencies and
Parameters involved for the same.
➢ Responsible for preparing proposals & related documentation for the Indian Tenders and involved
in bid submission, participation and proposal management
