Job Profile
• MIS reports, including the P&L, Balance sheet and margin statements
• Providing in depth quarterly analysis on the performance of the organisation and highlighting areas of concern and suggest remedies
• In charge of formulating the annual budgets and reporting the variance on a quarterly basis
• Preparation and presentation of estimates for the succeeding quarter
• In charge of annual statutory audit and the interim transaction audit. Consolidation of financial statements and ensuring that they comply with IFRS requirements
• Working capital management, credit control, Fund management and cash flow projections and forecasting
• Monitoring the receivables follow up done by the team members and ensuring prompt collection. Ensuring that the accounts payables are settled within the time period and before the due date, including approving payments
• Liaising and negotiating with the banks and financial institutions for working capital requirements
