• Currently working as a Store In-Charge for Nike IBN Battuta
• Provide assistance with the day to day operations
• Responsible for the uninterrupted operations of the store along with maximizing profitability
• Responsible for people development
• Responsible and accountable for the entire store to maintain liquidity and stocks
• Responsible to enhance the standard of customer service delivery staff training programs
• Responsible to increase the footfall by creating visibility through marketing by liaising with the Mall Management
• Responsible to ensure Nike Standards in all sectors (Merchandising, Customer Service, etc)
• Responsible to coordinate with the Brand Team with regard to new arrivals and Pull outs.
