● Configuring Network Printers and Keep the activity logs.
● Updating all systems with latest updates.
● Downloading & Uploading files by FTP based on the customer requirements.
● Providing support for Operating Systems and Other office applications.
● Monitoring and securing Network.
● Deploying Security Features through out the organization - deploying Symantec antivirus,
Configuring Cisco PIX Firewall.
● Configuration and troubleshooting of Email clients like MS-Outlook, Outlook Express.
● Preventive Maintenance of Computers, Peripherals and Network equipment to ensure zero
downtime.
● Maintain Log Sheets - Daily Activity, Shift Report etc.
