Handling the Accounting (up to Finalization), Finance & Administrative work of company.
•Handling Accounting in Tally ERP 9 & EPMS System
•Handling accounting and financial operations.
•Strong Accuracy to Handling Accounts Payable & Receivables.
•MIS Reports for the Management (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).
•Presentations regarding Financial Budgets & Reports.
•Ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and usefulness of financial and management reporting;
•Finalizing the accounts (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly).
•Ensuring the accuracy in Payroll
•Maintaining the Petty Cash Book and Cash In Hand.
•Handling Provisions for Leave Salary, Air Tickets and Gratuity for employees.
•Analysing and Controlling Financial Budget (Monthly & Yearly) with actual Feagures.
•Ensureing that appropriate financial regulations and controls are in place and in use at all times.
•Handling Fixed Assets Book with the depreciation charges.
•Regularly coordinating with intrenal & External Auditors.
•Examines accounting data for accuracy, appropriateness and documentation.
•LPO Observation to avoid the excess use of materials or Assets.
•Complete Controlling on PDC/CDC cheques.
•Cross checking of bills.
•Interact with clients for payments.
•Handling Net Banking.
•Maitaning Bank loans or OD Accounts of copmany.
•Handling the junior Staff.
•Handling outstanding Reports
