Pre-commissioning, Commissioning and start-up of all Mechanical equipments.
Co-ordination with vendors for testing of Steam Turbine (G.E.), Cooling Tower (Heman)
• Carrying out Alignment of Pumps, Compressor, Gearbox, Turbine, Id & FD fan. Knowledge of reverse Alignment, rim and face Alignment, Graphical Alignment, Double dial Alignment.
• Prominently Uses the measuring equipments like vernier caliper, micrometer, feeler gauge, dial gauge, etc
• Maintenance & overhauling of Centrifugal Pumps, Reciprocating Pumps, rotary Pumps, Multistage Pumps, Centrifugal Compressor, reciprocating Compressor, Turbines etc…
• Troubleshooting and servicing of Compressor, Steam Turbine, Gas Turbine, Pumps, Fans, Gearboxes, Filter, and Valves etc…
• Knowledge of common types of lubricants their application, standard, lubricant fitting & lubricant equipments.
• Responsible for Maintenance & Overhauling of Rotary job line.
• Preparing report of plant status keeping record of notification/ work orders and planning of the jobs.
• Carryout weekly Inspection of Pumps, Compressor, Gear box, Turbine & other Utilities.
• Checking the gear Meshing, Backlash Checking, Fitting of gears, Oil seal, Shaft, & Pinion.
• Knowledge of Safety rule & regulation as per plant & site
• Knowledge of commissioning, P&Id (SMCC), isometric drawing, punch listing and verification.
• Carryout All types Valves (P.S.V, Pilot, Gate, Globe, Ball valve, Plug valve, Butterfly valve, Checkvalve, ) Assembly and Testing.
All time ready for any emergency work.
Erection and commissioning of Pump, Compressor, columns, Heat Exchanger and piping. Fabrication and repairing of piping and Rotating & static equipments in accordance With the international standards and inspection requirements.
To attend Trouble shoot and carry out Preventive Maintenance & Break Down Maintenance as per API Standard Maintenance Procedure, Alignment, Overhauling, Half Yearly & Annual Maintenance jobs, Shut Down jobs.
Erection, Installation and commissioning of Valve and piping. Fabrication and repairing of piping and static equipments in accordance with the international standards and inspection requirements.
To attend Trouble shoot and carry out Preventive Maintenance & Break Down Maintenance as per API Standard Maintenance Procedure, Alignment & Overhauling of Pump, Compressor and Different types of valve
