7. Investigation of Major Incidents in the Factories and Business Units as a representative from the Legal Authority. Liaison and Coordination with other Legal departments as required for the Incident investigation.
8. Online Review and Approval of documents / applications submitted from the Facilities against OFC Issuance, EHS procedures, OCPs, Chemical List Approval, Facility Risk Assessments, HAZOP studies, Onsite / Offsite Emergency Procedures, Lifting Plans, Competency Certificate Verification, Test and Fitness Certificates of Heavy Mechanical Equipment and Installations etc.
9. Involved in Operating various online operating systems and Software such as; IMS - Online EHS Inspection Management System; ORACLE-HRMS; INTELEX - For issuance of Various Entry Exit permits and Approvals for Heavy Machinery and EMVs; FnP - For issuance of Payment advice and Debit notes; TKS - ONLINE SERVICE - For online Facility data assessments and verification for the purpose of and Licence / OFC related issues.
