• Achieved 4.3% growth in 2021 YOY sell-in and overall share growth of 1.2% in territory at the end of the year through activations and sell out programs in the convenience and key account channels

• Placed 1st for in Q1, Q3 for highest sales achieved in Vaping category for central region

• Delivering 16% NTO in territory vs target YTD
• Working closely with Banner Accounts - Circle K, Parkland, Sobeys, Petro Canada and Canadian Tire for end market execusion of SLA prgorams.
• Driving Innovation - Territory level projects that drive share of value and voice which, some of which have been benchmarked regionally due to the success.

Current job is to lead the marketing function in SL and Maldives in both domestic and duty free channels, focusing on activating luxury and prestige brands and creating awareness in key customer touch points. Drive visibility and secure long term contracts for key brands with key customers grow volume and strategies to upsell and build value in the long run.
Maldives is managed by 2 distributors with periodic visits to Maldives by myself. SL is handled with local staff.
