My responsibility is to trace and follow up of international packages via emails or phones calls. Sometimes, I am also given a task for training the new agents. I do handle complaints and escalations as well. I also prepare reports for the stations that I am handling and update the same in the general link. At times, I do assist for the live chats, as well, helping the clients resolve their problem.
I was the home room teacher of grade 5 . My responsibility was prepare lessons with activities or help the children under more better and other curricular activities.
Generate leads, contact clients and take the orders for their medication
During my schooling, i have received a lot of certificates on several occasions for dancing , singing, and sports. The occasion used to either be within the school or inter school and i used to participate every year with on of the best performance.
