Responsibility:
•Monitoring incoming Inspection of finished as well as raw components.
•Monitoring incoming quality performance & root cause analysis on rejection.
•Preparing Supplier audit plan, conducting supplier audit, visits for continuous improvement
•Vendor development
•Monitoring inspection at vendor end
•Tacking Corrective & preventive action for NON CONFORM material, 8D form.
•Monitoring Calibration of instruments & gauges, maintaining History card for calibration of Instruments.
•Conducting 5’S’ audit
•Preparing rejection documents like rejection challan, return delivery, return PO in SAP, vendor rating performance sheet.
•Supporting production for quality issues.
Achievements:
•Meeting the set target of reducing incoming rejection
•80%Rejection of neck ring per lot due to oblong-Resolved by developing circular chuck @ vendor end. This lead to reduce rejection in just 0-0.5% per lot.
•Frequent sleeve fitment issue in assembly-Resolved by developing specially designed gauge @ vendor end.
•RN pumps shafts run out reduced due improvement in packing by making V notched equipped pallets.
•RN dist sleeves, balance valve packing improved without any extra packing cost, to prevent machined faces from damages.

•I always keep my mind open to seek maximum knowledge that I can, so that it would be benefitted in my work profile and routine life as well
•If any challenges are taken I won’t sit quiet unless I get the solution
