I have the project delivery of two projects of the program. 1. Survey data transformation & analytics 2. Spend data analytics - The key project activities include - Healthcare survey data transformation project for 300+ hospital data sets in the province, survey data analytics, spend analytics and business intelligence dashboard development. > Sourcing diagnostics for a leading Canadian Power & Utility company - Lead a team of data analysts in data extraction from source systems, data pre-processing, data transformation and confirmation of data of diverse content, structure and quality.
I have re-designed the existing taxonomy tree of 70+ categories to 30+ categories using UNSPSC taxonomy to enable better spend visibility. Python based item classification toolkit were used to categorize and consolidate the spend categories in the data sets.

As a lead SMR, I was diagnosing the client PTP practices; spend data sets and existing taxonomy tree (category tree) to understand the present data flows, data structures, reporting processes and bench marked them with leading industry practises.
