REPORTING TO CEO
o Planning and organizing lubricant production schedules.
o Assessing project and resource requirements.
o Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients.
o Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met during production.
o Determining quality control standards.
o Overseeing production processes.
o Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
o Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
o Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales department.
Reporting to Plant Manager
Manage and execution of production planning for lubricants and grease.
Planning and monitoring of base oil and additives purchase and stock inventory.
Responsibility and accountability of planning and purchase of packaging like cans, cartons, label, Drums.
Establish close working relationships with fuel suppliers and customers on terminal operations.
Implement changes to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on updated operational documents.
Lead emergency responses as a Site Incident Controller.
Lead investigations and dispute resolutions.
Lead technical capability development programmes, on-the-job training, and coaching.
Manage contractors on safe work practices to ensure statutory requirements and procedures are followed.
Manage the overall Safe System of Work (SSoW) practices while following statutory requirements
and best industrial practices.
Oversee the corrective activities of equipment issues
▪ Manage and execution of Production Planning for Lubricants and grease.
▪ Planning and monitoring of Base oil and Additives purchase and stock inventory.
▪ Responsibility and accountability of Planning and monitoring of stock inventory and purchase of packaging like cans, cartons, label, Drums
▪ Monitor and assist the production supervisor for meets production and filling target with quality compliance
▪ Monitoring to reduce the chance of Blend Correction.
▪ Monitoring to reduce the slop oil generation.
▪ Coordinate with logistics team for bulk loading and unloading of base oils and finished goods
▪ To ensure the plant running with smoothly as per EPDA law of RAK port guidelines
▪ Arrange and Participate emergency preparedness like mock drill and oil spill
▪ Managing and improving production processes to enhance product quality and maximize efficiency.
▪ Participate the Internal Audit for ISO 9001, 14001, 17025 and OHSAS 18001
▪ Implement of work related OCP
▪ Co ordinate with logistics department for FIFO system
