•Establishment & Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 and ensure that the Quality Policy is implemented thoroughly. •Coordinate the document controls of technical submittals, drawings etc. with the Project Team and to ensure that the QA/QC validation has been done, to ensure their issue, amendments, and recall of controlled documents. •Review and preparation of the Method statements and ITP’s ensure all the frequencies and results of testing and inspections activities are online with the approved Method statement & ITP. •Review and monitor the KPI established for every activity. Perform all daily inspections and tests of the scope necessary to achieve the quality of work required in the drawing and specification for all works under the contract performed ON or OFF site. •Review inspection stages record in conjunction with QC inspector and recommend for continual improvement, Corrective/Preventive actions where necessary. •Liaise with Client’s representative for the conduct of day-to-day quality related project activities. •Provide technical support to the Project Director/Manager and guidance to site staff in the submission of materials for approval, request for inspection, shop drawing, As-built drawings, and O & M manual. •Ensure that the purchased raw materials are approved ones and their properties meet relevant manufacturing specifications by conducting the QC lab test and verify the results. •Attend any off-site inspection/testing by manufacturers as required/directed by my Manager. Ensure that the Internal Non-Conformance Report (NCR) is raised once the activities deviated from the contract specification or normal construction industry practices. •Determine of root causes, monitor and follow up with the corrective actions against the reported nonconformities in the operations and/or in QMS. •Attend Monthly Project Review Meetings and alert the project team of any potential problems. Organize and maintain the records of Management Review meetings, with the relevant input and output activities including an action plan. •Conduct internal audits and assist in external audits, the result of which are demonstrated and discussed with the management. •Review of WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications). •Fit-up and visual inspection of all piping and welding works from piping pre-fabrication to field installation. Monitoring of welding, electrode baking, preheat, inter-pass temperature, other welding variable parameters as per approved WPS. •Review of test packs and inspection of the piping loops as per Isometrics, checklist and issuing punch list. •Witnessing pneumatic and hydro testing of piping and equipment. •Coordination during testing and commissioning and smooth operation of projects. •Coordinate with the project staff to compile and maintain pertinent records of inspection and testing until the end of the contract and all pertinent records for retention on completion of the project.

Scope of Work: Engineer & Design, Installation, Construction, testing, commissioning, operation and maintenance of a 30, 000 Ton Refrigerant District Cooling System, HVAC, Mechanical, Plumbing (Water Supply & Drainage System), Fire Protection & Detection System, Security System, CCTV, Access Control for Wadi Modular District Cooling Plant (DCPW).


Responsible to the QA/QC Manager in the execution of Project Quality Plan and all responsibilities with regard to checking of drawings, supervision and coordination to the client. The following duties listed below are included in my scope of work are as follows:
•Ensure electrical, mechanical works (HVAC, Equipment Installation, Chilled & Condenser water Piping) and civil works are installed to meet the requirements of the Approved Installation Drawings.
•Ensure materials incorporated in the mechanical Works are of an approved type.
•Attend any off site inspection/testing by manufacturers as required/directed by my Manager.
•Carry out regular inspections of the works and identify any non-conformances to the Superintendent and to my Manager.
•Carry out and follow up inspection to ensure Non-Conformances are cleared.
•Implementing and maintaining the site Quality Management System in our section of work together with the generation of required Quality Records.
•Prepare Inspection Test Plan, Check Sheet and material Submittals along with review of method statements.
•Review Method Statement & ITP’s submitted by our Subcontractors prior to submission to Consultant.
•Distribute work load to my Inspectors for the daily releases.
•Ensure that all required daily works were done according to the specifications approved by consultant.
•Attends material inspection, site installation inspection and demonstration before the Consultant upon the completion of the work.
•Ensure that works are done on the exact proposed date to avoid project delays before consultant’s inspection.

.To plan and supervise subcontractor inspection activities and review of Sub contractor QC performance.
.Inspection and approval of RFI prepared by Sub contractors QC.

•Conducting Welder Audits and weld visual Inspection.
