Site Mechanical Engineer handling MEP works (HVAC, Fire fighting and Plumbing) of buildings and utility piping services(potable and fire water networks)
Site execution and management of HVAC works (VRF units, DX units-ductable and split) for residential/commercial buildings, villas etc.
Continuously monitoring of all site execution and progress of work and to ensure materials used are in compliance with approved Project Specifications.
To ensure that Inspection and Testing are in compliance with Project Specifications, Approved Execution Drawings & Inspection Test Plan (ITP)

Job Title: HVAC Project Engineer
Period: May 2005 to April 2009
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/NATURE OF WORK:-
➢ Ensure that project HVAC works are executed in full compliance with contract documents and scope of work.
➢ Coordinate with/monitor subcontractor performance on continuous basis to maintain/achieve progress schedule target.
➢ Play a vital role in solving critical mechanical problems/issues that arise during the course of project execution.
➢ Follow-up material submittals/approval with technical department to secure timely approval.
➢ Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good practice, approved shop drawings and only approved materials are used.
➢ Report to the Senior Engineer any deficient work and recommend rectification measures.
➢ Preparing record drawings for final as built drawings.
➢ Preparing handing over documents as per Contract specification.
COMPUTER SKILLS:-
Mc Quay-Duct Seizer, Mc Quay-Pipe seizer, Beta-Air terminal distribution devices selection software for HVAC applications, Thermal load calculation, static pressure calculation, pump head calculation,
Duct design as per Carrier Design Data Hand book for HVAC, etc.,
MS-Office, AutoCAD, Internet browsing, etc.
