Job Profile & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling procurement all kind of materials for manufacturers, contractors and the other customer’s project needs. Developing of job requirements, specifications, performance and budgeting of orders. Manage shipping, logistic and deliveries to the final project destination.
• Manage supplier performance in regards to cost, quality, performance, productivity and service.
• Provide purchasing and planning controls, collect, analyze and summarize data on timely manner for management.
• Conduct market and supplier analysis to identify market trends for opportunities to reduce cost.
• Consult with the General Manager in floating requests for quotations, evaluating the commercial bids, coordinating the technical evaluation, negotiating all purchase requisitions with vendors, ensuring the purchase orders are issued.
• Ensuring all purchase orders are available with proper documentation, authorized and cost codes available.
• Ensuring quotations are scrutinized for the terms and conditions, payment terms, delivery period, warranty, after sales service, insurance and any other applicable terms mentioned in the quotation.
• Planning, organizing, implements and controls work procedures, schedules and programs related to purchase, delivery to be followed and ensured the operator receives the goods as targeted and established standards are met.
• Develop Supplier Management process and Inventory Processes.
• Co-ordinates with warehouse to ensure that all received / purchased items are safely stored for timely delivery as per approved and prescribed procedure.
• Informs Senior Manager of the receipt of damaged or incorrect items and takes necessary corrective actions to ensure prompt and correct delivery of the items.
• Maintains good relations with key external contacts such as suppliers, consultants, etc
• Reports work progress and update to the General Manager with any major purchasing issues that require attention.
• Ensures compliance with Company established Procurement Policies & Procedures.

Contract Administrator/ Team Leader

• Lead the regular enquires of materials supplies and contracts through email from DSCP and the source the requirements through our potential International suppliers and the local market.
• Responsible for handling procurement of materials for the construction sites, constructing roads, fencing etc for the US camps. Developing of job requirements, specifications, performance and budgeting of orders. Manage shipping, logistic and deliveries to final project destination.
• Evaluate bids and proposals and budget on costing the materials and arrange procurements on it. Submit the costing to the documentation Manger to submit their BID.
• Preparation of procurement after receipt and confirmation of an Award (Order) which includes sending email confirmation to supplier along with the FPO/LPO and invoicing the customer.
• Preparation of documents for receipt and delivery of material to the final destination and also coordinating with Military Customers for delivery acceptance.
• Analyze the demand for supplies and forecast future needs.
• Manage the inspection, shipping, handling, and packaging of supplies and equipment.
• Direct personnel who receive inventory and issue supplies and equipment.
• Study ways to use space, distribute supplies efficiently, and determine the fastest, most economic way to transport cargo or personnel.
• Keep fiscal records of a facility, prepare reports and correspondence.
• Keep official publications up-to-date & maintain financial logs and records
• Generating various documents as required by the management.
