Asset/Project Management
•Project Management - ensuring complete handover from the projects team from completed projects and ensure the HOTO procedure is complete.

•PPM Implementation through 52 weeks schedule and review weekly to control cost and retain quality.
•Capture customer feedback and communicate to senior leadership for future projects implementation.
•Support in rental collections for all assigned assets.
•Set departmental performance measure & set and monitor key result areas for direct reporters.
•Address employee grievances & team engagement .
•PM complete process - Initiating /Planning/Executing/Monitoring & Controlling with Closure
•PM - Integration - Scope - Cost -Quality -Procurement and resource planning all stages completion.

Maintenance
•Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns, carrying RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and taking steps to rectify the machines / equipments.
•Minimum Inventory Management to save costs by identifying Vendors for fast supply of spares/materials ( JIT : Just In Time practices )
•Safety: Implementing Industry standard SAFETY Procedures and creating awareness of the same on regular basis.
•TPM implementation for longer machine reliability, accuracy and efficiency
•Predictive Maintenance implementation upon analysing machine performance parameters
•Accurate documentation : Using standard and approved formats
•History cards: Ensuring machine / equipment service data is available for analysing/ diagnosing problems/ faults.
•Practicing ( LOTO ) Lock Out / Tag Out procedures strictly for safety of personnel during Planned Shutdowns / Annual Maintenance activities.



Facility Management
•Handling complete Facilities (Technical and Soft services) & infrastructure set up. Soft services includes Security, Housekeeping, Helpdesk, Admin support, Transport, Cafeteria, Event Management, etc.
•Space Management to increase productivity
•Interacting with different departments for executing maintenance & AMC of all equipment to view efficiency.
•Maintaining facilities inventory consumption data and monitoring for optimal utilisation

Operations Management
•Handling entire operations, monitoring overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize customer satisfaction level.
•Vendor Development : Developing vendor database, selection and performance evaluation for better services and support
•Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process.
•Assessing feedback, evaluating & providing critical feedback on areas of improvements.
•Coordinating/ following up with various internal and external departments.
•Managing bank’s cash inflows and outflows along with managing the bank's huge outflow and inflow.

Business Development
•Understanding RFP (Request for Proposal) for Facility Management services and preparation of competitive Commercial proposal (Soft services and Electro-mechanical) keeping site requirements in focus.
•Networking through contacts and exploring Business opportunities.
•Maintaining organic growth in business with existing clients through additional services.

Quality Related
•Formulate, Review and circulate policies as required from time to time
•Shall be the custodian of the policies for all facilities pan -India locations.
•Assist in standardization of quality Processes across all facilities.
•Shall formulate, review and suggest the procedures for Operations Manuals in various facilities as required.
•Shall maintain document controls for Policies, Manuals and all forms and formats.
•Ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in all facilities/units.
•Enforce statutory compliance in all facilities/units.
•Conduct and facilitate compliance in all facilities/units.
•Analysis to be done for various data collected from different facilities.
•Help implement safety goals across facilities.
•Ensure committee meetings are conducted in all units as per schedule.
•Quarterly data review.
•Conduct audit and prepare report for the same.
•Specifically participate and contribute towards improvement in such projects for process improvements.
•Monitor quality indicator at unit level and ensure standardization.

Accreditation Process

•Set up an accreditation pathway for the facilities.
•Set up a systematic monitoring system for the accreditation pathway for the facilities.
•Assist all facilities in the implementation of the accreditation pathway.
•Ensure that all units have law and regulation guidelines set up correctly from the beginning to ease process.
Project Opening

•Handling over all critical paths to the operations to the team in the unit under commissioning.
•Provide opening support to the facilities through preparations and careful monitoring of opening and post opening events.
•Provide training support during pre-and post-opening of the new facilities.

Management Information System

•Create s system of centrally collecting data through the management information system for all facilities.
•Compile information collected through the MIS and analyze trends with regard to the same.
