Prepares Design and build. Drawings/ifc drawings/shop drawings.
Prepares mock up area concept design and build as per client according to managers advised.
Prepares shop drawing logs. Soft landscape/hard landscape/irrigation. Shop drawings design and built and as built drawings.
All the changed area to rectify. Planting schedule qty take off and design.
Interacts with the Landscape Manager, Civil Engineer’s for reconciliation of on-going site development Design and build.
Attends Coordination and Progress meeting and assist to quantity take off Coordinate with the project managers and report accomplishments. Prepare and review of shop drawings status and requirements.
Review of IFC ( issued for constructions ) and design concepts
Prepare coordinate for the site works according to site condition along with planting area.
Prepare new design area and rectify the drawings as per site condition. Prepare design structure on the site with engineers making layout.
Take off and implement all the planted qty as built in the drawings
Changed hardscape and road layout jogging track, pathway modification rectify.
All the site condition design and build is ongoing and progress.
Super vision and site inspection for landscape planting/irrigation/hard landscape. And supervised to Forman and workers.
Prepare soil mix component and execute on the site.
Prepare handing over maintain documents and inspection.
Prepare maintenance report monthly.
Prepare maintenance site report.
Prepares Design and build. Drawings/ifc drawings/shop drawings.

Prepares and review material submittals, Submittal Log and Material Board for Consultant/Client approval.
Preparing Shop drawings and provide details of Hard and Soft Landscaping works as per IFC
Preparing Shop drawings of Architectural and Structural as per IFC( Water Feature, Swimming Pools, Pergola)
Preparing of Material schedules, Planting Schedule and Setting out.
Prepares/Reviews As-Built Drawings for Hand overs and project close out.
Responsible to ensure drawings generated are feasible for construction and as per Qatar Standards. Provide technical support to projects and Technical Department
