• supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in preparing and applying waterproofing and damp proofing materials to structural surfaces, such as masonry and concrete
• Executed the Repair & Rehabilitation and Water Proofing works of multistory buildings
• Profile includes Daily planning, Material arrangement & reconciliation, labor management,
Client coordination, execute work through sub-contractor, daily monitoring of the work

• Executing the work by proper utilization of manpower
• Certification of subcontractor monthly valuations and final accounts
• Pile foundation, gauge checking ( reinforcement), Maintain Verticality of pile foundation, Check sliding of soil& after reach depth check rock samples as per requirement
• Pile chipping and marking for pile cap
• Shuttering for slabs, columns, retaining walls, H columns & Lift walls
• Preparing sub contractor payment
• Submission of weekly progress and status report to my higher officials
• Safety awareness will be conducted every day to labors before the work starts
• Subcontractor bill verification & processing for payment
