Providing technical support to QA/QC, Bidding/Commercial, Project and Operational departments and HSE functions. Providing technical information after completion of specification reviews to Bidding team to meet Plant/ Technical / Quality Test requirements / Service capabilities. Providing technical explanations of site quality control requirements to Customer / Contractors. Preparing Quality Procedures, ITP, Method statements etc to QA/QC, Projects and Operational department in accordance with Customer Specification or requirements. Technical expertise to consult and finalize if any quality issues / concerns in the plant and field. Entitled to make sure not to compromise the quality of product in any area of process. Working to improve Quality Management System by preparing and updating the site Management Procedures in reference with ISO 9001 requirements, Divisional Quality Manual and Corporate Quality Policy. Preparing Quality Assurance documentation to maintain the certification of ISO 9001-2008. Reviewing and updating the Quality documents according to BSIBV continual improvement capabilities by making sure the QA/QC department is capable with equipment and training personal to meet upcoming project requirements. Scheduling, organizing and conducting Internal Audits and monitoring Quality objectives to achieve continual improvement of superior performance, to obtain eradication of non-conformance. Monitoring for daily major Quality issues and delivering training to the QC personnel for improve their skill and confidence in the daily production process Quality Control inspection / reporting and documentation. Improving Customer relationship by closing & eliminating quality issues immediately. Strictly adhered to make sure the Company Quality Policy followed in all times. Making sure that the Global Quality requirements and objectives shall be implemented in the system.
Administrating and controlling inspection and test procedures, including preparation of quality records and related documents. Maintaining and controlling inspection, testing equipment and QC Related consumable. Assisting QA/QC Manager (based in Saudi Arabia) in the supervising and administrating the Quality Department. Recording and monitoring the inventory stock, receipt, movement, location, status and dispatch of customer supplied products by material controller. Supervising inspection, testing and ensuring that work is performed in reference to Approved Quality Procedure or Inspection test plan. Confirming all instruments, equipment are duly calibrated in good working conditions. Making sure that subordinates are competent to use the required equipment instrument, and provide training where required. Controlling stock of QC /Laboratory consumables, and ensuring adequate equipment is available for QC Inspectors and laboratory technicians. Verifying compliance of Project Material Test Certificates and on site laboratory testing. Assisting in the continuous improvement of QA System on daily basis. Communicating with relevant personnel on quality and related matters. Preparing projects specific related inspection and testing reports. Monitoring storage conditions of material to ensure manufacturers recommendation are complied. Conforming NCR are raised, agreed and closed in timely manner and making sure proper corrective action done prior to close the NCR.
Controlling and distributing work to skilled quality control inspectors. Confirming Quality control inspectors complete all quality control inspection reports in accordance with Procedure and Customer specifications or Inspection Test Plan. Authenticating all completed inspection reports are readable, suitable comprehensive and unmistakable. Controlling of buffer stock of QC consumables, and ensuring adequate equipment is available for QC inspectors. Certifying that all NCRs are raised, agreed and closed out in a timely manner. Tracking for corrective action of NCR until it is closed. Liaising with third party inspectors on all matters related to quality. Checking if incoming raw materials meets standardization and specifications. Testing daily production samples to ensure quality according to customer procedures, specifications and standards. Conducting daily laboratory activities and supervising all required material testing. Confirming all inspection and testing equipment are calibrated as per the calibration schedule. Reporting of daily quality performance of Plant and assisting QC Manager, in quality issues and concern in the Plant.
