• Provide Safety and Environment consulting services to industries, schools, offices, residential colonies in Nepal. The consulting services mainly include Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Environment Care (EC) risk assessment, road safety, incident analysis, emergency preparedness, energy auditing.
• Arrange and provide safety and environment related training in schools, industries, offices, etc. The training content mainly includes: Creating Safety Culture, Road Safety, Emergency Preparedness, First Aid Training, Defensive Driving Training, Electrical safety, Hazard Identification and Behavioral Safety Engagement, Safety Auditing and inspection, Work at Height and Confined Spaces, Management of Change, etc.
• Document organization’s overall SHE objectives in policy statement, identify and register environmental aspects and impacts, occupational health and safety risks as well as regulatory requirements.
• Set SHE objectives and targets, define measures and actions to deliver results as per organization’s SHE policy and legal requirements.
• Develop strategic initiatives to continually improve the performance of SHE management system.
• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, test, and calibrate mechanical and electrical equipment providing heat, hot water, air conditioning, compressed air, etc. Make recommendations and carry out major overhauls and replacement of equipment, and identify, recommend and develop energy conservation projects.
