Managing the distribution of SIM cards and recharge cards of northern region of Bahrain and handling a team of 10 distribution sales staffs.
Responsible for managing the entire retail showrooms located across UAE; Achieve monthly sales target of
mobile phones, accessories and SIM cards; Maximize profit of each branches by utilizing the optimal resources
and motivate all sales staffs to achieve the company goals: Develop more business opportunities by using
various product mix and promotions; Make feasibility study for opening new retail showrooms/Kiosks and also
negotiate with leasing companies and mall managements; Recruit, Train, Develop & Manage all retail sales
staffs and outdoor sales staffs of SIM card & mobile wholesale staffs; Inventory control and Implementation of
replenishment plans; Analysis of competitors data; Handle all customer service issues. Reporting to MD.
