Involved in various construction and maintenance projects of industrial, power plants, water
desalination, petro-chemical and Oil & Gas sectors like fabrication and installation of structural
steel (includes pipe racks, pipe supports, platforms, stairs, ladders, handrails, gratings etc),
equipments (includes tanks, vessels, skids, columns, silos, chutes, chimneys, Skips, hoppers,
stacks etc) pipe spools, industrial ducts, Industrial sheds and shelters.
• Involved in the manufacturing of steel flanges, blinds, blanks, orifice plates, spades, filters,
cladding materials, storage racks, bins, trolleys, anchors and aluminium anodes.
• Shop and Site management for fabrication and maintenance work execution.
• Arrangement of materials, consumables and manpower for the assigned fabrication jobs.
• Monitoring the supervisors for the preparation steel fabrication and site maintenance jobs.
• Raising RFIs and inspection with Client’s Inspection Team.
• Witnessing NDT and other inspections with the client representative as per the project
requirements.
• QC related documentation works like getting approval on RFI’s, filing RFIs & Third Party reports.
• Review of design and raising the technical queries to solve the conflicts.
• Preparation and Submission of Method Statements, Material Approval and Pre-qualifications.
Follow up the submitted documents for approval.
• Coordination with technical office for newly issued/revised drawings.
• Attending meetings with Subcontractor, preparation of minutes of meetings (MOM) and follow
up the raised issues.
• Preparing DPR and reporting to Technical Manager of the Company

Duties & Responsibilities:-
• Check and review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality
implementation at job site.
• Site management and handling the work as per specification and drawings.
• Raising RFIs as per ITPs and inspection with Client’s Engineer.

• Coordination with technical office for any change in drawings or any revision and QA/QC
department.
• Arrangement of materials and manpower.
• Closing of punch list items.
• Making Daily Report and reporting to Construction Manager.
