Business Development & Tendering Management
• Planning & executing the market research and mapping of upcoming projects.
• Developing annual Business Development Plan and Sales Budget monitoring them on quarterly basis.
• Lead the tendering team & represent company with Clients, Consultants & stakeholders for prequalifying the company & generate new tendering inquiries.
• Study the tender requirement, and analyze drawings, specifications, BOQ, design guidelines, Risk assessment as per local authority requirements & international standards.
• Develop quantity take-off, pricing techniques, risk assessment & safety check and preparing commercial & technical proposals.
• Responsible for resource allocation within the department.
• Follow up commercial & technical meetings & negotiations to finalize contractual terms & conditions & secure projects.
• Developing the vendors list local and internationally with categorization of vendors to get proper quotations for bidding jobs.
• Finalizing sub contractor after analyzing quotations on basis of requirement of price, specification, delivery schedule, quality of services and payment terms and making pre-contract agreement if required.
• Sound knowledge of contractual terms as well as FIDIC, and UAE Building construction.
• Considering creative solutions to job requirements that would reduce manpower requirements, cost and time.
• Establishing company’s image as leading design and build construction leader.
