Reporting to the Manager-Projects and Logistics, entrusted with preparing export and shipping documents and obtaining approval from Ministry of Economy and Chamber of Commerce for all export shipping documents according to the requirement of destination country.
Managing all major project deliveries within stipulated timeframes.
Deploying daily statement of sales figure by month and year to date and daily delivery schedule as per the customers requirements.
Evaluating and responding to all enquiries received from sales / project teams regarding the transportation and packing list.
Preparing export invoices and delivery notes for all the outgoing materials from the Company according to the Companys procedure.
Coordinating with Quality Control department to ensure that the delivered material is assured on quality.
Coordinating with project department, accounts department, planning department and sales and marketing department to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Inspecting the skid, crate, packing and checking shipping marks as per clients requirement.
Managing all functions related to arrangement of deliveries accordingly after getting the documents from QA/QC, and Third Party Inspectors.
Maintaining control over delivery schedule and outstanding balance of orders in coordination with the delivery manager.
Enhancing customer relations by promptly responding to customer requests and complaints within agreed time.
