•Have been engaged with regional marketing team in preparing and implementing the strategies to associate new channel partners & consultants and increase its presence in the designated territory.

•Have executed a variety of roles like Business Development, Training & Managing Channel partners and Client servicing. Recommended Kotak to design training programs for channel partners on ethical practices in order to reduce Misleading by our channel partners & consultants.

•Apart from being revenue generation, the role has been to manage existing HNI clients &SME clients, Monitor & review the performance of channel partners & consultants and motivate them to look for new avenues.
