Exposure includes:

• Manage Lenovo Systems business - UAE/Bahrain/Qatar/Kuwait/Oman
• Build and maintain client relationships (Channel & Retail) to successfully sell Lenovo Consumer Series (Idea Pads & Idea Centres) and Lenovo Commercial Desktops (Think Centers)

• Enable, Recruit and train the new partners (Channel & Retail) and grow the business to the maximum
• Responsible for the budgetary planning & procurement, inventory control, pricing, marketing and profitability of the product categories
• Delivering Top line / Bottom line results
• Building organization and brand presence in various segments of the market
• Working closely with the vendor on Contracts, Targets, Rebates, T's & C's and for smooth functioning of the business
• Provide a comprehensive coordination of all product sales activities, from market research to fulfill the ultimate objective of promoting and selling the product in the most profitable manner
• Conduct training for internal sales team as well as Key Partners
• Develop different strategies and set challenging personal business goals to ensure peak performance
• Liaising with Lenovo for product mapping, price positioning & leveraging sellout promotions in authorized regions
• Utilize client centric approach to assess client needs and demonstrate how products features, functions and needs meet customer needs
• Analyse and recommend inventory levels based on environmental parameters, seasonal forecasts and turnover of buying estimates
• Planning and execution of monthly partner sales plan and incentive schemes with Lenovo-dedicated sales team
• Responsible for driving the business through VAR'S, Preferred Partner, Breadth/Depth
• Prepare and analyze detailed sales performance reports for the assigned brands
• Growing and maintaining the profitability of the business at above par then the company standards
• Received the “You did it” award by the Company President in 2014

• Achieved all the KRAs - Revenue, Gross Margin and Optimum Inventory Management.

• Awarded the “SHINING STAR” by the CEO/MD for the Quarter - for increasing breadth, activating the inactive partners and increasing target vs. achievement by more than 210%.
