Nature of Work: Leading a group of RSPs for to appoint and train the dealers and Being instrumental in planning, implementing and evaluating the QOC, Rollout, Profitability of SEs, documentation, and growth of existing SEs, develop a automated and self driven system to facilitate sales.

Major Job Responsibilities:
➢ Recruiting, mentoring and leading a team for achieving Sales targets.
➢ Achieving the sales targets by Exploring new markets, appointing and training the dealers.
➢ Training the dealers to organize sales promotion activities like
Shakti days, group meetings, home-to-home operations and maintain records and bill books.
➢ Resolving all stock and supply related issues and ensuring prompt services to dealers.
➢ Record keeping and reporting the sales in week/dealer/stockist wise.
➢ Planning the PDP and PJP while working the logistics with RS.
➢ Conducting Mass meetings for Self Help Group Women with the support from Govt officials at
Block/ Mandal/ Village level to explain the concept of the project.
➢ Coordinating with NGOs to gain the help in identifying the active SHG woman from the villages
For appointing as a distributor to the end users
➢ Meeting the local bankers to extend the financial support for the SHG woman so as get it invested in the business.

ACHIEVEMENTS:-
✓ Generated 25 lacs of business from 1.8 lacs in one and half years.
✓ Worked out a implementable PDP and set beat plans to ensure the desired output.
✓ Involved Dealers in investing infrastructure year after year.
✓ Won champion RSP award in the year 2003 from Executive Sales Director-HUL.
