An ISO 9001-2000, Chemanol is engaged in production of Methanol, Methyl Amine and Di-Methyl Formamide. The Plant is based on the latest technology and licensed by reputed Licensors like M/s Haldor Topsoe (HTAS) for Methanol and Davy Process Technology (DPT) for Methyl-amines and Di-Methyl Formamide.
•Currently working as a Rotating and Condition monitoring engineer taking care of condition monitoring activities for all Rotating equipment of METHNOL, MA/DMF and FORMALDEHYDE Plants.
•12 years of experience in Maintenance management, Proactive Reliability Condition monitoring & Corrective maintenance, Machinery health management, Mechanical Services, Bearing Application & RCFA, Static Equipment NDT inspections and RCM methodology.
•Expertise in machinery diagnostics using system1 for the turbines, centrifugal and integral compressors, Steam turbine generators.
•The complete Vibration data monitoring & analysis of all rotating equipment’s such as Steam turbines, Compressors, Centrifuges, Pumps, Fans, Blowers, Gear boxes, Conveyors, Bucket elevators etc.
•In charge of METHANOL, MA/DMF & Formaldehyde plant activities such as, rotating equipment trouble shooting, vibration measurements, and lube oil analysis.
•Vibration monitoring of critical equipment via Bentley Nevada System (System 1). Such monitoring includes vibration trends, Bode plots, orbit plots, axial float displacements, spectrum analysis, and other plotting methods to help in the analysis.
•Qualified and fully versed in vibration diagnostics of plain and roller element bearings, with complete grip on all generalized basic machinery faults. Fully capable of using CSI 2130 hardware and software database management, for new and existing routes.
•Thorough knowledge of advanced machinery diagnostics, analysis of Orbit, Polar, Bode, Shaft centerline plots etc. Well versed in Usage of ADRE & System-1, database management, Creating new databases, installation and usage.
•Expert in the interpretation of the Online - System 1 & Offline data. The analysis part includes in Time waveform, FFT Spectrum, Orbital plots, Shaft Centerline plots, Shaft positioning etc.
•Expert in Steady state & Transient analysis of data by using SYSTEM 1 & Data Manager.
•Expert in Insitu Balancing, Phase analysis, Laser Alignment system techniques.
•Faulty findings of Roller-bearings by - Signal Enveloping, HFD.
•Carry out Bearing & Lube oil Inspections.
•Carry out Ultrasonic testing, Leak Test & Noise survey.
•Responsible for the day to day plant Condition Monitoring activities throughout the plant as per the program and report accordingly.
•Familiar with various international codes, standards and procedures API, ASNT.
•Provides training on Vibration tools to Operation department.
•Responsible for condition monitoring / reliability and performance evaluation aspect of the rotating Machine trains of assigned plants.
•Regularly reviews vibration data for assigned machines and generates reports and triggers necessary actions.
•Carry out Bump Test for Natural frequencies of the system
•Experienced in SAP modules (PR creation, Create & approve notifications etc).
•Familiar with all portable monitoring equipment like vibration, speed, temperature, alignment, leak detection etc.
•Prepared the scope of work procedures required for the troubleshooting and repair of critical equipment and having knowledge of bad actor management program.
•Ability to track frequent failures and perform detailed RCA and provide recommendations for improvement including management of change (MOC) guidelines
•Self-motivated professional, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
•Have complete knowledge of HSE action plans on safety trainings, PHA & safety recommendations, analysis and investigation of incidents.
•6 years of Gulf experience in KSA
RCM & Reliability skills & highlights:
•Performed FMECA analysis for the bad actor equipment. Developed solutions in resolving the issues of the repeated failure equipments. Developed maintenance strategies using Reliability centered maintenance (RCM).

•Implementing FMECA studies in RCM software for the vital and critical Equipments.

•Managed a seal improvement program resulting in capital improvement projects on over 5 high priority pumps in PENTA ERYTHRITOL plant.
•Drove equipment reliability by managing vibration analysis program, precision maintenance program for pumps and piping inspection program
•Optimized Preventive Maintenance Program by analyzing equipment work order history
•Performed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) corrective action to reduce the likelihood of future failures.
