Establish, baseline, and ensure adherence to the program plan, basis-of-estimate (BOE), statement-of- work (SOW), and work-breakdown-structure (WBS) (In coordination with the Program Manager (PM), other PP&C, and engineering focal)
Ensuring the positioning, execution, and maintenance of a cost accounting structure aligned with site planning systems (i. e. SAP) and enabling Earned Value (EV) / Cost-Performance-Index (CPI) / Schedule-Performance-Index (SPI) reporting
Develop metrics, analyze status, and recommended courses of action to the PM in support of periodic program / internal / customer reviews - serve as the focal point for such metrics and key program data
Participate and facilitate Risk and Opportunity Management
Identifying root-cause and corrective actions for complex PP&C problems with, at times, incomplete information
Coordinate estimation and forecasting in support of Baseline Change Management (BCM) Communicating across organizations, between focal, and amongst team members
Ensure Aerospace policies and procedures are met as they pertain to program PP&C activities
Participate in and/ or lead process or tool improvement initiatives
Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project.
• Micro planning of each activity approved in budget, finalization of materials in time as per micro plan.
• To prepare delivery project plan and communicate customer at each milestone.
• Checking time cycle of various activities to cut down execution cost, planning regarding delayed works, establishing root cause for slip & providing solutions
• Resource and capacity planning according to the productivity norms.
• Conduct project kick off meetings, timely communication of project progress and
and completion of project interim milestones.
• Dealing with the client to discuss on the schedule, queries and issues related to the project.
• Receive site progress measurement data and prepare progress reports.
• Tracking of the project and sending Status reports.
• Preparation of Sub contractor program and monitoring.
• Analyze subcontractor plans and schedules, manpower and sequencing of work.
• Evaluate problem areas and prepare logic alternatives.
• Perform critical path evaluation on site activities when required.
• Evaluate project progress as per planned vs actual and analysis of financial impact of the same.
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
