Job Role
 Responsible for the sales of Mechanical Division, forecasting budgets based on the market scenario and tracking the business for various principles like Sulzer Pumps, WILO Pumps, Germany, Homa Pumps, Germany, Kitamura KTM - Tyco Valves, Samson Controls Valves, Germany, ROTO Pumps, NSSL-Italia Valves, Gardner Denver Compressors, KE-Burgmann Expansion Joints and KOROSI SPECINDO Corrosion Monitoring probes, coupons and access fittings.
 Responsible for controlling the Pumps skid building and pumps repair workshop
 Supporting the Mechanical Sales Team to achieve overall yearly targets.
 Liaising / coordinating with principal companies.
 Directly Co-coordinating with end-users, Rotary equipment engineers & buyers in Oil & Gas and Power Companies in Abu Dhabi.
 Overseeing the entire project entailing chasing upcoming projects, following up with their progress, contacting successful MEP Contractors like Petrofac, Siepem, Litwin, L&T, Dodsal, Technip, Al Jaber, HGL, Punj Lloyds etc. for generating project enquiries, negotiating and finalizing project orders.
 Coordinating with the Technical and Commercial Departments of Government bodies like ADNOC Group of Cos, TRANSCO, ADWEA, ADSSC, DEWA, Dubai Municipality and Ministry of Public Works & Housing.
 Conducting training courses and seminars for Consultants and key clients.
 Assisting new partner companies in Vendor Registration process in Oil & Gas and Power companies like ADNOC, ADWEA, ADSSC and DEWA.

 Established a full-fledged exclusive new workshop for making Booster sets skids and pumps repair.
 Established New Control Panel manufacturing unit.

 ADMA OPCO - CCC - Executed the order for Vertical Sulzer pumps with sophisticated VFD/PLC control panels for the project in Saudi Arabia.
 Dragon Oil, Turkmenistan - Grabbed the Vertical Crude Oil Progressive cavity Pumps order for Ro-Delta, Netherlands.
 GASCO - Litwin (Lamprell) - Got the prestigious order of Sulzer Pumps for NGL Pipeline project.
 ZADCO - Supplied successfully huge capacity Godwin Pumps with diesel engine to Arzanah offshore site for a long term rental contract.
 Mall of Emirates - Zener steward - Supplied Hawle, Austria large size valves for chilled water line within a challenging period of 15 days.
 GE Water - Grabbed the prestigious order of Duplex Stainless steel pumps for Sulzer, Finland unit.
 Other - Others orders for Pipeline Valves, Pump repairs, Compressor repairs, Expansion Joints are also seized and currently under execution through the sales team working under me.

 Successfully added few more new Pumps and valves Principles to the Companies esteem principle’s list. Few of them are initiated the process of signing the contract with us.
 Promotion in salary is given after 6 months and 12 months due to the ‘Very Good Performance’ remark given by the management in confirmation and yearly appraisal.

Promoted High Pressure Boosters Pump Sets made by DP-KSB, Fire Fighting pumpsets from SPP, UK and High pressure liquid / Gas Amplifiers, Viscous Fluid pumps for Oil & Gas sector from Allweiller, Germany.

Received various good prestigious orders for DP Pumps Booster sets and for various valves for BECHTEL project after struggling for getting approvals of all principals with Bechtel.

Received prestigious order for pipes from Refinery directly.

M.A.H.Y. Khoory is the Distributor of Grundfos Pumps, Denmark in UAE. However I was appointed as Product Manager to introduce new products such as High Capacity Sewage Submersible Pumps, Valves, Air & Dirt separators in Air-conditioning system.

Since the company was restricted to Building Services sector so far, the management decided to enter in Water Pipeline, Sewage & Oil & Gas sector.
Extensive efforts were put to get new products approved in Dubai Municipality and DEWA (Electricity & Water Authorities).

Did a approval procedures for the products like HOMA Submersible Sewage Pumps, Pipeline Valves by KSB, Germany and Metalska, Poland, Dirt & Air separators manufactured by Spirovent, Holland. Now many consultants along with Dubai Municipality and DEWA have approved these products.

Dis a Survey of Valves Market in UAE which was very much appreciated by KSB Germany’s Management.

Also had extensive Training in KSB Frankelthal, Germany and KSB Amri in France.
