• Coordinating with MIDC, DFO, DISH, etc. for various required submissions and its approvals.
• Coordinating with licensing Architect, cross-checking the drawings and arranging the required data for various submissions.

• Doing research and Checking for required regulations for the Project concerning with the Authority, Client and Consultants.

• Coordinating with various vendors, suppliers for respective design requirements.
• Perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures.

• Assist in plan and specific analysis in order to provide clear, trackable and coordinated interpretations of the design/drawings for construction.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors/omissions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date logs for Consultants, Vendor/Subcontractor, Sales, Owner/Client etc. and track responses.
• Maintain and update the Shop Drawing Log, review Shop Drawings and submittals.
• Assist the Project Manager/Dept. Head where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.
• Monitor site work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes.
• Participate in the continuous updating and accurate generation of as-built documents.
• Assist with the research and preparation of field change requests to resolve design issues.
• Prepare drawings and sketches to support construction work as required.
• Attend project coordination, owner/contractor/architect/engineer/consultant meetings as requested or required.
• Coordinate submittals and procure all close-out documents from Liaison Architect/Department.
• Coordinate with consultants to achieve and incorporate LEED/IGBC certification requirements in design.

Carnation Automobiles - a multi brand automobile solution center, Pune.
• Designing, detailing and coordinating for automobile showroom and workshop projects.
• Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detail sheets.
• Create and maintain records of specification and drawing.
• Assisting senior architect in Planning for the corporate identity aspects for automobile brands.
• Attending project meetings and visit sites to ensure that all drawings (GFC) are properly being executed at site and in synchronization with the database maintained at head office.
