Responsible for the maintenance and storekeeping of all inventory items kept in the warehouse.
Updating locations and recept quantity in the system,
Daily material arrival report and weekly and monthly material inspection pending reports.
Conducts Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Inventories within assigned section and participates in Warehouse wide inventories,
Responsible for all Reports, Turn-Ins, Issues, Inventory maintenance, Location Surveys of the materials and all other day to day functions of supply warehouse activities under the supervision of the warehouse In-charge,
Implement the prescribed record keeping inventory procedures.
Handly repair and return material report.
Receives, Stores, Issues and accounts of material in assigned section and assists other sections in material accountability,
Processes Receipt and Issue Tickets for accountability using AWRDS computerized database for AMC wide tracking,
Observe and follows all measures of Safety Rules and Procedures.
