Escalating high priority issues to fourth line /design team and providing them required information on the issue.
Handling incidents / service requests raised by the customers and fixing them on the platform.
Updating and closing the tickets in remedy as per SLA norms.
Coordinating with network team / firewall teams for fixing issues which are identified on the BT Vision platform.
Package management like Download, Compilation, Installation by using RPM, YUM, Monitoring Client systems.
Daily Health checks on all servers and sends to reports to clients.
